By accessing or using the Intranet, employees and authorized users agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Intranet. ### **2\. Access and Use** **2\.1 Eligibility**\ Access to the Intranet is restricted to Omrade LLC employees and authorized personnel only. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. **2\.2 Permitted Use**\ The Intranet is intended for company-related tasks and internal communications. Any unauthorized or personal use, such as sharing confidential information without consent, is prohibited. **2\.3 User Responsibilities** - Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials. - Report any unauthorized access or security breaches. - Ensure that all information uploaded or shared is accurate and not in violation of company policies. ### **3\. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)** **3\.1 Confidential Information**\ The Intranet may contain confidential information, including but not limited to: - Business strategies and plans - Financial information - Client lists and contact details - Proprietary software, designs, and technical data - Trade secrets and intellectual property **3\.2 Non-Disclosure Obligation**\ All users agree to: - Keep confidential information private and secure. - Not disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent from Omrade LLC. - Use the information solely for the performance of their duties within Omrade LLC. **3\.3 Duration of NDA**\ This NDA is binding during employment and remains in effect after the termination of employment or authorized access. **3\.4 Breach of NDA**\ Any breach of confidentiality or unauthorized disclosure may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment, and Omrade LLC may seek legal remedies including, but not limited to, damages, injunctions, or specific performance. ### **4\. Intellectual Property** All content, documents, designs, and proprietary information shared on the Intranet remain the intellectual property of Omrade LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited. ### **5\. Data Privacy** **5\.1 Personal Data**\ Omrade LLC may collect and process personal data of employees and users in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This data will be used solely for operational and legal purposes. **5\.2 Data Security**\ All reasonable measures will be taken to protect personal and confidential data shared on the Intranet. However, users acknowledge that no system is completely secure, and Omrade LLC is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from factors beyond its control. ### **6\. Monitoring** Omrade LLC reserves the right to monitor usage of the Intranet to ensure compliance with these Terms. This includes monitoring user activity, data, and communications for security and performance purposes. ### **7\. Termination of Access** Omrade LLC may terminate or suspend any user’s access to the Intranet at its discretion, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms. ### **8\. Liability** Omrade LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the Intranet, including but not limited to loss of data, unauthorized access, or business interruption. ### **9\. Users will be notified of any significant changes and continued use of the Intranet constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. ### **10\.
